Bread Stuffing
Ingredients
4 C. dry bread cubes
1 C. chopped celery, or to taste
1 onion chopped, to taste
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic minced, or to taste
1 C. hot water, or turkey broth
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Cooking Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well. Stuff into a 10-lb. turkey, or 4 Cornish game hens and bake per fowl directions. As a side dish, bake in a lightly oiled casserole dish at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes.
