Ingredients

1 1/4 C. water
2 3/4 C. bread flour plus 1 Tbsp.
1 C. wheat bran
3 Tbsp. cracked wheat
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
1 1/2 Tbsp. applesauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
1/2 C. raisins

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in pan in accordance with your manufacturers instructions. Select White bread setting. Select light crust.
