Bracioletini
Ingredients
1 lb. flavored bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 C. Italian grated cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 C. olive oil
2 to 2 1/2 lb. eye of round
Margarine
Cooking Instructions
Have meat person slice eye of round very thin on meat slicer. Mix all ingredients on the left. This is your stuffing. On each slice of meat put a dab of margarine and a teaspoon of stuffing. Roll and squeeze tightly in your hand. You should have a roll about the size and shape of a finger. Cook over hot coals or broiler for 3 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
