Ingredients

1 tsp. active dry yeast
3 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. bread flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 ounces warm water
1 each egg
3 Tbsp. olive oil
6 ounces milk warmed
3 Tbsp. almonds chopped
4 Tbsp. raisins
1 pound loaf:
1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
2 C. bread flour
1 Tbsp. bread flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 ounce warm water
1 each egg
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 C. milk warmed
2 Tbsp. almonds chopped
2 1/2 Tbsp. raisins

Cooking Instructions

For Panasonic/National machines use 2 tsp.. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. You can use the mix cycle (if your machine has one) and add the raisins and almonds at the beep. You can also add them towards the end of the initial mix cycle.
