Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. whole thyme leaves
2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 1/2 tsp. whole basil leaves

Cooking Instructions

This is great for fish, chicken pork chops or steak. The recipe is from a restaurant in Fort Worth, famous for it’s blackened catfish.
