Ingredients

2 1/4 C. flour
2/3 C. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 C. water
2 eggs
1 2/3 C. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 C. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour baking pan 9×13-inch. Blend all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low-speed, 3 minutes on hi-speed. Pour mixture into the baking pan, bake 45 minutes.
