Birdie Cake
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can crushed pineapple; no. 2 can
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing
1/2 C. margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
2 C. powdered sugar
Cooking Instructions
Put eggs in a 1/2 C. measure and fill to 1/2 C. with water. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, crushed pineapple and vanilla. Bake in round or oblong pan at 350 for about 35 minutes. Icing: Beat ingredients well and pour over warm cake.
