Bell Pepper Slaw
Ingredients
4 C. thinly sliced green cabbage
2 C. red bell pepper, julienned
1/4 C. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6-1 C. servings.
