Beer Cheese Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
3 C. bread flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
10 ounce beer; flat
4 ounce american cheese
4 ounce jack cheese
Cooking Instructions
Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave. Cheese does not need to melt completely. Stir. Add all ingredients in the order listed and set to the White Bread Cycle.
