Beer Batter For Fish 6
Ingredients
1 C. pancake flour
3/4 C. beer
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Cooking Instructions
Mix and dip fillets in batter to drop into hot deep fat (380 degrees). Cook for 2 minutes or until browned.
