Ingredients

1 C. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash nutmeg, optional
1 C. beer
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Blend in beer and vegetable oil until smooth. Dip fish in batter and deep fry.
