Ingredients

2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can warm beer

Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs, stir in beer. Pour beer-egg into flour mixture, beat until smooth and consistency of pancake batter.
