Beef Stew With Shitake Mushrooms
Ingredients
12 new potatoes quartered
1 medium onion chopped
1 bag babycut carrots 8 oz.
1 package fresh shiitake mushrooms-3.4 oz. sliced
1 can diced tomatoes-14 1/2 oz. un-drained
1 can condensed beef broth-10 1/2 oz.
1/2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 pound beef stew meat cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients except beef in crock pot. Add beef. Cover and cook on low heat 8 to 9 hours or until vegetables and beef are tender. Stir well before serving.
