Beef Steak
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound Chuck or round steak, cut into thin strips
1/3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 large Onion, sliced
1 large Green pepper, sliced
1 can Tomatoes (1 pound.)
1 can Mushrooms (4 oz.), drained (optional)
2 Tbsp. Molasses
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 package Frozen French-style Green Beans (10 oz.)
Cooking Instructions
Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot, stirring well to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours, or 5 hours on low, and 2 hours on high.
