Beef Short Ribs With Green Beans
Ingredients
3 pounds Beef short ribs, cut in serving-sized pieces
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/3 C. Fat
1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
2 C. Hot water
1/2 pound Green beans
6 medium Potatoes, halved
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. Pepper
12 Stalks celery, cut in 3 inch slices
Cooking Instructions
Season meat with salt and pepper and Accent. Heat fat on high in crock pot. Coat meat evenly with fat. Add remaining ingredients, cover. Cook on low for 8 1/2-9 1/2 hours
