Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 C. milk
3/4 C. fine bread crumbs
1/4 onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
2 medium apples, grated
1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and press into a meatloaf pan or bread pan. Bake until done.
