Ingredients

1 C. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 C. ice water

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients and beat well. Dip fish or onion rings into batter and fry until golden brown.
