Basil Carrots
Ingredients
6 medium carrots, sliced
water, salted, to cover
1 Tbsp. butter, melted, or 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
Cooking Instructions
Slice carrots. Simmer, covered, in salted water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Combine remain ingredients, and toss with carrots.
