Barbeque Pork Chops
Ingredients
8 lean pork chops
1/2 C. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 C. vinegar
1 C. water
1 bay leaf
Cooking Instructions
Brown chops in hot fat. Put in casserole and pour rest of ingredients over them. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
