Barbecued Minute Steaks
Ingredients
Minute steaks
Mustard
Dill pickle
Margarine
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Flatten steaks and spread one side with prepared mustard. At narrow end of steak, place a strip of dill pickle. Fasten with small metal skewer or toothpicks. Brush outside with melted margarine. Broil on grill over hot coals about 10 minutes, turning once. When done to your liking, season with salt and pepper.
