Barbecued Fish 1
Ingredients
1 (3-4 lb.) trout, white fish or bass
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. fat
1 C. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 C. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place fish in greased shallow pan; sprinkle with salt. Lightly brown onion in fat; add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes and pour over fish. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
