Baked Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Scrub 2 large (8 to 10 ounce) baking potatoes. Cut each in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 4 spears. Place potatoes in large pot of lightly salted boiling water, bring water back to boil and boil 3 minutes. Drain in colander. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray. Mix 1 Tbls. olive oil and potatoes in bowl. Mix 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1/4 tsp. salt together, toss over potatoes. Mix well. Bake in preheated 400 degrees oven for 15 minutes or until tender. Place in paper towel lined basket or bowl. Serve hot.
