Ingredients

1 C. red peppers, coarsely chopped, sauteed in
3 Tbsp. olive oil or chili oil
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped canned chilies
1/2 C. sour cream
1/3 C. cheddar cheese, fresh grated
1 extra-large egg
1 Tbsp. regular honey or chili honey
1/4 C. pepper-flavored vodka (or regular)
2 tsp. salt
10 dram Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 C. cornmeal
2 C. unbleached white flour
1 Tbsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Have all the ingredients at room temperature (even though the machine does not specify this, for this recipe it is necessary). Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for White Bread.
