Apricot Lemon Bundt Cake
Ingredients
Cake
Box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 ounce box lemon gelatin
3/4 C. apricot nectar
3/4 C. vegetable oil
Glaze
1/4 C. lemon juice
3/4 up powdered sugar
Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 325. Combine remaining ingredients in an electric mixer and blend well. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until done. Remove cake from pan. Mix together glaze ingredients. While hot, stick in holes with fork and pour the glaze over the cake.
