Ingredients

2 Cornish game hens
1/2 C. all-fruit apricot jam
1 package dried onion soup mix-1 1/4 oz.
1/3 C. Catalina salad dressing

Cooking Instructions

Place Cornish hens into crock pot. Mix apricot jam, onion soup mix and Catalina salad dressing together and spoon over hens. Cook on low for 8 hours.
