Ingredients

1 C. applesauce, unsweetened
1 C. brown sugar, light
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 C. raisins
1/2 C. butter
1 tsp. soda
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

Mix butter, sugar, salt and spices. Add flour and applesauce in which soda has been dissolved. Add the raisins. Pour into an oblong, well-greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
