Ingredients

1 package yeast
3 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 C. kellogg’s bran flakes(or equivalent)
3 Tbsp. gluten (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. plus 1 Tbsp. apple juice warmed
1/2 C. applesauce, warmed
1 golden delicious apple, grated with skin (measures about 1 1/4 C.)

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
