Ingredients

1 C. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 C. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 C. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. finely chopped apples
1/4 C. salad oil

Cooking Instructions

Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar and eggs beaten together. Add nuts, apples, and oil. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch sheet pan at 350 degrees till done.
