Apple Carrot Cake
Ingredients
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. vegetable oil
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 C. carrots; grated
1 1/2 C. apple; chopped
1 C. walnuts; chopped
Cooking Instructions
Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into liquid mixture. Add carrots, apples and nuts. Pour batter into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 325 oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
