Ingredients

2 C. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 C. golden delicious apples
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Raisins; optional

Cooking Instructions

Mix wet ingredients, add apples, flour and other dry ingredients and raisins (up to about 1/2 C.). Bake 325 for 1 hour.
