Ingredients

3 eggs; well beaten
1 3/4 C. sugar
1 C. oil
2 C. flour; sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 medium apples; peeled and grated
1 C. walnuts; chopped
Powdered sugar; garnish

Cooking Instructions

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Fold in grated apples and walnuts. Bake in greased tube or bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
