Ingredients

1 C. oil
3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
3 large apples; chop with peelings
3 eggs
1/2 C. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Cooking Instructions

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
