Ambrosia Cake
Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix, pudding type
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
1 large package instant vanilla pudding mix
9 ounce carton whipped topping
Cooking Instructions
In a large mixer bowl, on low speed for 30 seconds, blend cake mix, oil, mandarin oranges and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool in pan. Topping: Combine the pineapple and pudding mix. Let stand 5 minutes. Add whipping topping. Frost cake when cool. Refrigerate.
