Alcachofas (Artichokes)
Ingredients
4 artichokes
1/2 C. water
1 C. bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
2 sprigs fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Cooking Instructions
Wash and drain artichokes. Set aside. Mix all the other ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over and between leaves of artichokes. Place in a frying pan and cover. Steam for 1 hour over low heat.
