Breakfast Cookies #2
Ingredients
1 C. shortening
2 1/2 C. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 C. molasses
3 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 C. oats
1/2 C. walnuts, chopped
1 C. raisins
2 med. carrots, grated
Cooking Instructions
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, molasses in large bowl. Sift flour, measure, then add soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix dry ingredients into creamed ingredients. Stir in rest of ingredients. Drop by medium spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees
