Ingredients

1 1/3 C. water
2 2/3 Tbsp. applesauce or oil
1 1/3 Tbsp. dark molasses
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. fennel seed
2 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
2/3 C. oat bran
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 1/3 C. rye flour
2 C. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed by your manufacturer. Select basic white bread setting.
