Beets
Ingredients
1/2 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 C. water
1/4 C. white vinegar
2 cans whole beets-16 oz. each drained
Cooking Instructions
Mix sugar and flour and stir in the water and vinegar. Place beets in crock pot, pour the vinegar sugar mixture over them and stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
