Ingredients

1 package dry yeast
2 1/4 C. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 C. stale beer
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. oat flour
1 1/2 C. rye flour

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredient into the bread maker. Process on the white bread cycle.
