Beef And Brew
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds stew beef
3 Tbsp. flour to 4 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 can beer-12 oz.
1 package regular or beefy onion soup mix
1 package brown gravy mix
Cooking Instructions
Cube stew beef. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat. In crock pot, mix beer, soup mix and gravy mix. Add meat. Simmer on low 8 to 10 hours. Serve over noodles or potatoes.
