Beans And Beef
Ingredients
2 cans pinto beans 15 oz. each
1 pound hamburger
1 large onion chopped
1 can green chopped green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can tomato sauce 15 oz.
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Brown hamburger and onion. Place in crock pot and add beans and rest of ingredients. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Delicious all by itself or serve over rice.
