Ingredients

2 C. fava beans, cooked
1/4 C. soy mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. ground red chiles
1/4 tsp. salt
1 dash hot pepper
tortilla chips

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
