Basic Loaf Recipe For Legumes
Ingredients
1 C. legumes; cooked
1 C. bread crumbs, wheat germ or ground nuts
1 C. liquid soymilk, tomato juice, etc.
seasonings to taste garlic, onions, etc
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven until firm, about 30 minutes.
