Ingredients

1 C. sour cream
2 eggs
3/4 C. of beer
1 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

Beat sour cream and eggs, add beer and then dry ingredients. You can use this recipe for any recipe that calls for dipped batter. Sprinkle with Lawry salt.
