Barbecups
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. barbeque sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can refrigerated biscuits
3/4 C. shredded cheese
Cooking Instructions
In large skillet, brown beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion. Separate dough into biscuits. Place each biscuit in an un-greased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat into cups. Bake at 400º for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Just before they are done, sprinkle with cheese.
