Barbecued Hamburgers
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. milk
1 C. corn flakes
SAUCE
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 C. tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Mix well and make into 4-5 patties. Brown slightly. Combine sauce ingredients in a skillet and heat. Add patties to sauce and simmer in covered skillet for 20 minutes. Serve in bun. Note: Hamburgers may be made ahead of time and reheated while simmering in the sauce.
