Barbecue Beef Texas Style
Ingredients
2 pounds of Beef top round steak, cut in 1/8 inch thick slices
1/4 C. Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Bay leaf
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 C. Ketchup
1/4 C. Water
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1/4 C. Tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Liquid smoke
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients in crock pot. Cover. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
