Banana Split Cake
Ingredients
Crust:
2 C. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
3/4 stick margarine
Filling:
2 C. powdered sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 C. softened margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Top with:
15 1/2 ounce can drained, crushed pineapple
6 bananas, sliced
Instant banana pie filling
2 cartons whipped cream
Nuts
Maraschino cherries
Cooking Instructions
Crust: Combine wafer crumbs and melted margarine, pat in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Filling: Cream together the filling ingredients until fluffy. Spread filling over crust. Top with fruit first, then pudding, then whipped cream, finally the nuts and cherries. Chill thoroughly before serving.
