Ingredients

2 C. baking mix
3/4 C. quick oats
2/3 C. sugar
1 C. mashed bananas (approximately 2)
1/4 C. milk
2 eggs
1 C. fresh or frozen berries

Cooking Instructions

Grease bottom of loaf pan. Mix all ingredients except berries. Fold in berries last. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
