Baked Fish 4
Ingredients
2 lbs. fillet
1 Tbsp. reg. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper (salt to taste)
1-2 Tbsp. Marsala wine or wine vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Heat sauce and pour over fish. Refrigerate covered to marinate for several hours. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 20-30 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
