Baked Fish 2
Ingredients
1 lb. fillet of sole, salmon or red snapper
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. oil, safflower or corn
1 diced tomato
Dash of curry powder
Dash of paprika
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake fish for 15 minutes on a lightly greased baking pan. Mix ingredients in a bowl and spread over fish. Cover the fish with water and bake for another 15 minutes or until fish is done and sauce is thick. Serves 4. For 1 serving (4 ounces): CHO – none, Protein – 28 grams; Fat – 12 grams; Calories – 220 per serving.
